Desde el pasado 23 de octubre tenemos heredera al trono de la Americana Music, Eilen Jewell, “The Queen of the Minor Key”, con permiso de Gillian Welch, Zoe Muth y de la “Reina Madre” Lucinda Williams. Los feligreses en día de domingo, reunidos en la catedral madrileña de El Sol, pudimos ver que una luz dorada inundaba el escenario, la “Queen” de la Americana Noire hizo que el Sol brillara esa noche.

La esencia del “True Entertainer” Christopher William Stoneking, proviene de la espontaneidad de aquellas “Jug Bands” del jazz de los años 20 de Nueva Orleans, las guitarras endemoniadas de lo más profundo del Delta del Mississippi y su oscuro blues.
